Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing HR strategies, managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. They will handle performance evaluations, ensure compliance with labor laws, develop and implement HR policies, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The role also includes creating training and development programs to support employee growth and development.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
• Skills in training, development, and organizational growth
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in a similar HR management role is preferred
