Role Description

Mediaid Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager to work at our Bhubaneswar office. The HR Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities will include maintaining HR policies, managing payroll processes, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering an equitable workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational goals while supporting employee growth and overall business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all

  day-to-day HR activities

  across departments.
• Maintain accurate

  employee attendance and leave records

  (including paid, emergency, and unpaid leave).
• Handle

  recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities

  .
• Maintain and update

  employee files, HR databases, and personnel records

  .
• Support

  payroll processing

  through accurate leave and attendance tracking.
• Assist management in implementing

  HR policies

  and

  employee engagement initiatives

  .
• Address

  employee queries and grievances

  promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with

  company HR procedures and labour regulations

  .

Requirements

• Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM)-HR
• Minimum 5 years of experience
