Roles and Responsibilities This is an excellent position for someone looking to break into the tech field or for an experienced technician looking to join a fast-growing US-based company. As a small business, our top priority is finding the right person, not just another employee. This job is based in our office in Ahmedabad India. We're seeking a technically minded problem solver to help support our hardware team. As part of the broader technical support team, hardware technicians are responsible for the following: Configure hardware bundles for our retail point-of-sale system Assist customers in diagnosis and troubleshooting defective hardware Conduct warranty repairs and coordinate with manufacturers to assist with warranty claims Program pin pads and other payment devices Support software technicians as they help our customers Create documentation and guides for software and hardware Requires Candidate to work evening and night shifts to cover US-based time zone Requires to be physically present in the office in Iskon Crossroads - Ahmedabad Shifts are 10 hours with a 1-hour break for 5 rotating days a week with 2 holidays per week Must speak fluent English Desired Candidate Profile Basic networking knowledge Comfort with the Windows operating system Ability to dig into new software and hardware and easily pick it up Problem solver who can analyze a situation and quickly move toward resolution Degrees, certifications, and experience are all preferred but not required This is a great position to gain experience in the tech field We're a fast-growing US-based company with a startup mentality We deliver service our customers can brag about Challenging and rewarding work environment Perks and Benefits Excellent supportive team environment to learn & grow Paid leave days Advancement opportunities Diwali Bonus Great work environment Excellent Pay Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
