About the Role

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Plan and execute employee engagement, training, and development activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to build a strong organizational culture.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools is an advantage.
