About the Role
Fine Acers is hiring a Senior Manager, HR who can design corporate policies, lead recruitment, and ensure Fine Acers attracts and retains the right talent. The role requires someone who has strong networks, can set up HR from the ground up, and shape the culture of a fast-growing organization.Key Responsibilities
 Design and implement corporate HR policies, frameworks, and compliance structures. Build and execute recruitment strategies leveraging personal networks and market connections. Partner with leadership to define organizational culture and people strategy. Leadtalent management, performance reviews, and career development programs.  Establish HR processes and systems that can scale with company growth. What We’re Looking For 7+years of HR leadership experience. Strong track record of designing policies and HR frameworks. Deeptalent network to support recruitment needs. Ability to balance strategic HR with hands-on execution. Self-starter, proactive, and comfortable in early-stage environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,363.85 - ₹53,143.51 per month
