Finance Controller

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Controller with a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, planning, and control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire finance function, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and profitability across all projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting.
• Develop and implement effective financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and financial integrity.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards for decision-making.
• Monitor project costing, revenue recognition, and expense management for real estate projects.
• Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and government authorities.
• Manage fund flow, working capital, and treasury operations to ensure liquidity and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts.
• Partner with senior management to develop financial strategies and investment decisions.
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounts teams to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Manage due diligence, financial analysis, and documentation for funding, partnerships, and acquisitions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, accounts, or controlling roles — preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, project finance, taxation, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Tally ERP, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Sound understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven ability to manage teams, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exposure to liaising with banks and financial institutions for loans, project funding, and working capital arrangements.

Educational Qualification:

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Additional certification in Taxation or Financial Planning will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,549,915.37 - ₹1,918,326.57 per year
