• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree

  in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven track record in

  talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and grievance handling

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  HR compliance, policy development, and payroll

  .
• Exceptional

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
• High level of

  integrity

  and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
