As a part of the management committee member, you will be responsible for driving success for voco Amritsar. You will lead HR initiatives to support operational excellence, employee wellbeing, and talent retention. Your daily responsibilities will involve creating programs to foster a positive work environment, educating and training managers on HR disciplines, overseeing personnel files and records, ensuring compliance with hiring standards and regulations, monitoring staffing costs, and developing initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
