Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, developing company policies, managing recruitment processes, coordinating training and development programs, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves performance management, benefits administration, and facilitating organizational development initiatives. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management Proficiency in benefits administration and training and development Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various departments Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the finance or investment sector is a plus
