Role Description

This is full time role for a Human Resources Manager. The role is on-site and located in Dwarka Sector 13, Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, organizing training sessions, and maintaining employee records. The manager will support various HR initiatives and strategies to enhance workplace efficiency.

• Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Compliance
• Experience in organizing and delivering Training Sessions
• Employee Records Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Relevant experience handling Zen Z's and millennials employees
• Familiar with tools and tech used for employee management

Salary Range : 4.8 - 5.8 LPA ( depends on experience, negotiable)
