Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for a Human Resources Manager at ICE Technology Lab. The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This position requires developing HR strategies, implementing policies, managing recruitment processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company's goals.

Qualifications

Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes
Proficiency in HR management, including employee relations, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution
Knowledge of labor laws, compliance management, and employee benefits administration
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience in developing HR strategies and training programs
Familiarity with HR software and tools, along with data analysis capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, SPHR) are a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
