Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to lead and manage core HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, performance management, employee engagement, and HR audits.

Experience:

6-8 Years experience in Manufacturing / FMCG / Food Industry

Qualification:

Postgraduate in Management

Your role will involve:

Driving HR policy implementation and supporting audits (FSSAI, SEDEX, ISO, BRC, HACCP)
Leading end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Managing performance systems, appraisals, and career development plans
Coordinating training programs and tracking key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time to hire)
Collaborating with Finance on salary revisions and incentive planning
