8–10 years in Sales Preferably in Food Ingredients or B2B sales

• Postgraduate in Sales & Marketing

Job Location

• Mumbai / Pune / Ahmedabad (Preferred)

Your Role Will Involve:

• Driving business growth by developing and executing sales strategies for Green Pepper, HVP, and allied products
• Meeting revenue and margin targets while ensuring alignment with business plans
• Building and managing a strong channel partner network in the region
• Coordinating closely with customers and internal teams (QC, NPD, Logistics, Production) for seamless service delivery
• Tracking market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead
• Forecasting demand and aligning with production for timely deliveries
• Creating insightful reports using tools like SAP and supporting customer-focused initiatives including the website

You’ll Excel If You Have:

• Strong knowledge of food ingredients and flavor market
• Understanding of Indian and international spice trade
• A drive for results and negotiation excellence
• Project and team management under tight timelines
• Familiarity with regulatory norms (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.)
