Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, coordinating training programs, and ensuring a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution, employee engagement, and act as a liaison between management and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee benefits administration
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Conflict resolution and employee engagement skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience as an HR manager or similar role is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
