Human Resources Manager

Location: Kochi (Onsite)

Role Overview

As the HR Manager, you will lead end-to-end HR operations, manage talent acquisition, strengthen employee engagement, and build policies that align with our vision. You’ll be the go-to person for all things people-related, from onboarding new hires to shaping the company culture.

Key Responsibilities

1.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

•⁠ ⁠Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.

•⁠ ⁠Partner with founders and managers to forecast hiring needs.

•⁠ ⁠Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration.

2.Performance & Culture

•⁠ ⁠Drive performance management cycles and appraisal processes.

•⁠ ⁠Define and track KPIs/OKRs in collaboration with team leads.

•⁠ ⁠Foster a high-performance, feedback-driven culture.

3.Employee Engagement & Development

•⁠ ⁠Build initiatives for employee retention, recognition, and growth.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct training needs assessments; coordinate learning programs.

•⁠ ⁠Organize team events, offsites, and engagement activities.

4.Compliance & HR Operations

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs.

•⁠ ⁠Manage payroll, attendance, and leave systems.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

5.Strategic HR

•⁠ ⁠Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.

•⁠ ⁠Anticipate organizational needs as the company scales.

•⁠ ⁠Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications & Skills

•⁠ ⁠MBA/PG in HR or related field.

•⁠ ⁠3-4 years of HR experience (preferably in a startup/D2C setup).

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and performance systems.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
