Human Resources Manager

As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and support future growth. You will oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction, screening, and hiring of qualified candidates while updating job descriptions as needed. Identifying training needs and implementing programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth will be a key responsibility. You will design, administer, and manage employee compensation, benefits, and reward systems, and oversee performance appraisal systems, providing coaching to improve employee performance. Being the bridge between management and employees, you will resolve conflicts, address grievances, and nurture a positive work environment. Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations will be essential. Creating and managing programs to foster employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention will contribute to a positive work culture. Additionally, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, overseeing HR administrative tasks, and leading the HR team will be part of your duties.
