Job Description

We’re Hiring: HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Excel Innovators and Integrators

first dedicated HR professional

✨ Build the HR function from scratch

✨ Drive end-to-end hiring for niche engineering/manufacturing roles

✨ Work directly with the leadership team

✨ Assist in implementing our processes and standards

What you’ll do:

  • Lead recruitment across technical, project management, and support roles.

  • Design and run hiring strategies (portals, LinkedIn, campus, referrals).

  • Build onboarding and HR operations processes.

  • Over time, expand into employee engagement, compliance, and team building.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–7 years of HR experience, with strong focus on

    end-to-end hiring

    .

  • Prior experience hiring in

    engineering/manufacturing/technology

    is a big plus.

  • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).

  • Strong communication, people skills, and a self-driven mindset.

Location:

Full-time | On-site
