Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. The role includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, as well as implementing HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will also handle compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR metrics. Collaborating with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives is a key aspect of this role. As a founding team member , you will help set up robust financial systems and ensure full statutory compliance as we scale. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage end-to-end accounting in Tally – entries, reconciliations, payables & receivables ✅ Prepare & finalize financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) ✅ Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, PT, payroll, and statutory filings ✅ Liaise with auditors, consultants & government departments ✅ Support budgeting, MIS reporting, and cost analysis for management decisions ✅ Set up strong financial controls & processes for a growing organization 🎓 Qualifications & Experience: 🎯 CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com with 5–10 years of experience 🎯 Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax laws & audits 🎯 Proficiency in Tally ; ERP experience (Zoho Books/ERPNext/SAP) is a plus 🎯 Prior experience in infrastructure / EPC / consultancy firms will be an added advantage 🎯 Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Join us and be part of building YUV Infra from the ground up , shaping our financial foundation as we take on large-scale infrastructure projects.
