Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. The role includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, as well as implementing HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will also handle compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR metrics. Collaborating with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives is a key aspect of this role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the infrastructure consultancy sector is a plus
• Knowledge of HR metrics and ability to analyze data
