🚀 We’re Hiring: HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations At Excel Innovators and Integrators , we design and manufacture custom deposition systems —from Pulse Laser Deposition (PLD) Systems to Sputtering Systems and many other depositing systems. We handle everything end-to-end: design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and delivery. We’re growing fast and are looking for our first dedicated HR professional to help us scale. This is an exciting opportunity to: ✨ Build the HR function from scratch ✨ Drive end-to-end hiring for niche engineering/manufacturing roles ✨ Work directly with the leadership team ✨ Assist in implementing our processes and standards What you’ll do: Lead recruitment across technical, project management, and support roles. Design and run hiring strategies (portals, LinkedIn, campus, referrals). Build onboarding and HR operations processes. Over time, expand into employee engagement, compliance, and team building. What we’re looking for: 3–7 years of HR experience, with strong focus on end-to-end hiring . Prior experience hiring in engineering/manufacturing/technology is a big plus. MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
