Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranaghat for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Daily tasks will include conducting interviews, facilitating training sessions, resolving employee conflicts, and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals. Qualifications Proven experience in Recruitment, Staffing, and Talent Acquisition Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management Knowledge of Benefits Administration and Compliance with HR policies Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
