Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Manager, located on-site in Gurgaon. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional tasks include developing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, and supporting organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in Performance Management and HR Operations
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Proficiency in developing HR policies and conducting training programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
