The app provides comprehensive tax solutions and operates under a membership model that starts from a low base, catering to various types of assessees. JJ Tax ensures that users can easily access tax support and resources under one roof. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Gurugram. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inbound queries, providing information about services, and assisting with customer issues. The role involves maintaining records of interactions, following up on leads, and achieving targets set by the management. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills and proficiency in multiple languages is a plus Customer service skills and ability to handle queries efficiently Basic knowledge of tax-related issues and compliance Ability to maintain and update records accurately Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience in telemarketing or customer support roles preferred High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus Show more Show less
