Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will lead recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role involves coordinating training programs, maintaining company policies, tackling performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture to support the team in achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Experience in performance management, training development, and team building
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Min 4 years of experience in Human Resource preferably in D2C company
