About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and multi-skilled Cinematographer + Communication Designer who can seamlessly blend storytelling, design thinking, and strong visual aesthetics. This role demands someone who lives and breathes visuals—whether through the lens of a camera, a dynamic motion edit, or a beautifully structured graphic design.

If you understand brand language, know how to create visually compelling stories, and can execute end-to-end content from ideation to delivery, you’ll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities:

🎥 Cinematography & Video Production

• Shoot high-quality videos for brand campaigns, social media, product showcases, interviews, BTS, and more.

• Plan and execute lighting, framing, camera movements, and shot compositions.

• Manage pre-production tasks like scripting, mood boarding, storyboarding, and shot planning.

• Handle on-set equipment (cameras, lights, gimbals, audio gear) with confidence.

✂️ Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit videos in line with brand aesthetics and storytelling direction.

• Create smooth transitions, clean cuts, and cinematic color grading.

• Add motion graphics, animated text, and design-led visual enhancements.

• Optimize videos for multiple platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, ads, website, etc.).

🎨 Graphic & Visual Design

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, marketing, product communication, ads, and branding needs.

• Build visual identities, layout designs, typography-driven content, and campaign graphics.

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and communication outputs.

🧩 Communication Design

• Translate brand strategy into strong visual storytelling.

• Develop mood boards, visual guidelines, brand communication templates, and campaign concepts.

• Work closely with content, marketing, and creative teams to produce cohesive brand narratives.

Required Skills & Expertise

Technical Skills

• Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma.

• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve.

• Motion Graphics: After Effects (preferred).

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Knowledge of studio lighting & video/audio gear is a plus.

Creative Skills

• Excellent sense of aesthetics and contemporary design language.

• Strong storytelling and brand communication understanding.

• Ability to conceptualize, ideate, and bring fresh, original ideas.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and visual precision.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Open to feedback, collaborative working style, and a growth mindset.

• Ownership, reliability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed design institute (NIFT / Pearl/ similar).

• 1–3 years of experience in cinematography, communication design, video editing, or a similar creative role.

• A solid portfolio showcasing video work, design work, and brand storytelling.
