  • End-to-end

    recruitment

    for sales, presales, CRM, and corporate roles
  • Onboarding and induction

    of new joiners
  • Planning and conducting

    training programs

    for new employees
  • Employee engagement, performance tracking, and HR coordination
  • Handling

    HR operations

    , attendance, and basic compliance
  • Supporting management in

    scaling teams and company growth

  • Acting as a bridge between management and employees

Qualification & Criteria

  • Graduation / MBA in HR preferred
  • Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience

    (Real estate experience mandatory)
  • Proven experience in

    training, mentoring, and managing new joiners

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a

    fast-paced real estate environment

  • Immediate or short notice period preferred
