Role Overview:

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the HR department and manage day-to-day HR operations
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies in compliance with legal requirements
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff training programs
• Conduct performance management, promotions, and career development planning
• Administer employee benefits and payroll-related activities
• Foster employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace culture
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR management, employee relations, and talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and benefits administration
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving mindset
• Relevant certifications such as

  PHR

  or

  SHRM-CP

  are a plus
