1. Conducts video conferencing interviews

2. Ensures candidates have excellent English communication skills

3. Develops and delivers PPT presentations for training and recruitment purposes

4.Make Appraisal Professionally.

5.Meeting Conducted With Employees.

6.Prepare Notice For All Employees (Given By Management)

Employee Benefits and Compliance

1. Manages PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employees' State Insurance) contributions

2. Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations

Salary Processing and Payroll

1. Oversees salary processing and payroll management

2. Ensures accurate and timely payment of salaries

3. Guides employees on payroll-related queries

Employee Guidance and Development

1. Provides guidance and support to employees

2. Fosters a positive and productive work environment

3. Develops and implements training programs to enhance employee skills

4. Train Your Assistants

Required Skills:

1. Excellent English communication skills

2. Strong PPT presentation skills

3. Proficiency in HR software and systems

4. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

5. Strong leadership and guidance skills

Ideal Candidate:

1. Proven experience as an HR Manager

2. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Screening the Souring profiles.

Conducting Telephonic interview.

Experienced in Manufacturing Industry.
