Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and build client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven sales record, and the ability to meet targets.

  • Identify Business Opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Must have excellent negotiation skills to handle client discussions
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Prepare and present business proposals and reports
  • Lead Generation & Follow-up
  • Collaboration with Teams
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Customer Feedback & Improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Proven track record in achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
