Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and build client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven sales record, and the ability to meet targets. Roles and Responsibilities: Identify Business Opportunities Build strong relationships with clients and partners Sales Target Achievement Must have excellent negotiation skills to handle client discussions Market Research & Analysis Prepare and present business proposals and reports Lead Generation & Follow-up Collaboration with Teams Reporting & Documentation Customer Feedback & Improvement Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Proven track record in achieving targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Provident Fund Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
