Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Knowledge of performance management systems and techniques
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and strategies
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
