Role Overview:


As a Customer Support Manager, you will lead our support team to deliver outstanding service to users across all touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for setting up efficient processes, handling escalations, and using feedback to improve the overall customer journey.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the customer support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries

• Design and implement customer support strategies and processes

• Monitor key metrics (CSAT, response time, resolution rate, etc.) and continuously improve service performance

• Handle complex customer complaints and escalations professionally

• Collaborate with product, tech, and sales teams to resolve issues and improve the user experience

• Recruit, train, and mentor support team members
