Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Support Manager based in Gurgaon. The Customer Service Support Manager will manage day-to-day customer service operations, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes resolving customer issues, implementing service improvements, and providing technical and operational support. The candidate will work closely with the support team to maintain high service levels and meet organizational goals.

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to effectively address client needs and ensure positive experiences.
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Technical Support to resolve inquiries and technical challenges efficiently.

  • Experience in process optimization and maintaining consistent service standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service management or a related role is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment to meet organizational objectives.
