HR & Operations Manager


Key Responsibilities:


  • Human Resources:

    Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Purchasing:

    Oversee procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing across all departments.
  • Public Relations:

    Develop and execute PR strategies, manage external communications, handle media inquiries, and build a positive public image for the company.


What We're Looking For:


  • Proven experience in a similar HR or operations-focused role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation abilities.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in purchasing and public relations is a significant plus.
