Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to drive end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. You will play a key role in shaping our people culture as we scale across multiple cities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
• Organize employee engagement, team-building activities, and performance reviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure smooth documentation.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR software (Zoho, Keka, or similar).
• Familiarity with compliance, payroll, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
