specialize in custom software, ERP, mobile app, and web development solutions for

clients across industries. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated HR Manager

who can establish strong HR practices, manage recruitment, and help shape the

company culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Draft job descriptions and manage postings on hiring platforms.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for all departments.
• Conduct onboarding and employee orientation programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Build and maintain a positive work environment.
• Handle grievances, mediate conflicts, and maintain healthy communication.
• Plan employee engagement activities and team-building programs.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain HR records, payroll, and attendance systems.
• Draft and enforce company policies.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations.

Performance & Development

• Assist in setting up performance appraisal systems.
• Identify training and development needs.
• Support career growth and succession planning.

Strategic HR Management

• Work closely with management to align HR policies with business goals.
• Support retention strategies and employee growth plans.
• Contribute to building a professional, scalable HR department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor ’s/Master ’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) as an HR Executive or HR Manager.
• Good knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and compliance laws in India.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools & recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced IT/Startup environment.
