Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our core development

team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with

modern technologies, and the ability to contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle

— from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and design teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Ensure application security, performance, and maintainability.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Research emerging technologies and suggest improvements to the stack.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and Product Owner to ensure project

success.

1Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of full project lifecycle and system architecture.

Technical Skills

Frontend:

• React.js, Angular, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript

Backend:

• Django, Node.js, Python

Database:

• MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase

Additional Skills:

• REST API development and integration
• Version control with Git/GitHub/GitLab
• Cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code
