The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to generate leads from multiple sources, and experience working with overseas clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate business leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other lead-generation sources. Perform effective bidding and proposal writing on portals to acquire new IT projects. Research and target new potential clients across international markets (US, UK, Australia, UAE, Canada, etc.). Maintain relationships with clients and follow up regularly for business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements. Prepare presentations, sales pitch, and sales documents when required. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Skills & Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory). 1–3 years of relevant experience as a BDE / Business Development Executive / Sales Executive in the IT industry. Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal. Proven experience in lead generation & client acquisition for overseas markets . Good experience in bidding on portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, etc. Self-driven, result-oriented, and strong negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part o f a team. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates residing near Nikol, Ahmedabad will be given preference. Should be well-versed with IT services and solutions sales. Proactive attitude with strong follow-up and closing skills.
