Junior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate business leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other lead-generation sources.
• Perform effective bidding and proposal writing on portals to acquire new IT projects.
• Research and target new potential clients across international markets (US, UK, Australia, UAE, Canada, etc.).
• Maintain relationships with clients and follow up regularly for business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements.
• Prepare presentations, sales pitch, and sales documents when required.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience as a BDE / Business Development Executive / Sales Executive in the IT industry.
• Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in

  lead generation & client acquisition for overseas markets

  .
• Good experience in

  bidding on portals

  like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, etc.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part o
• f a team.

• Should be well-versed with IT services and solutions sales.
• Proactive attitude with strong follow-up and closing skills.
