Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer who can lead technical delivery, manage end-to-end execution, and confidently communicate with clients. You will own architecture, guide junior developers, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on coding, solving real problems, and taking complete ownership of systems.

Required Technical Skills:

Backend (Must-Have)

• Node.js (Express/Nest.js)
• REST API design
• Database design & optimization
• PostgreSQL / MySQL
• MongoDB or similar NoSQL
• Authentication flows (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC)

• Willing to learn Python and its frameworks (Django / FastAPI)

• Python basic knowledge is a plus

Frontend

• React.js or Next.js
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Component-driven architecture
• State management (Redux/Zustand/Context)
• Responsive UI (MUI, Ant, Tailwind)

Engineering Practices

• Git, GitHub/GitLab
• CI/CD basics
• Docker / containerization
• Clean architecture, modular patterns

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Microservices
• Prisma ORM
• DevOps exposure (AWS, EC2, Vercel, Docker, Nginx)
• Redis, caching
