As a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Tech Lead) at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading technical delivery, managing end-to-end execution, and effectively communicating with clients. Your responsibilities will include owning the architecture, guiding junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical delivery and manage end-to-end execution - Communicate confidently with clients - Own system architecture and guide junior developers - Ensure high-quality deliverables - Hands-on coding and problem-solving - Taking complete ownership of systems Qualifications Required: - Backend skills in Node.js (Express/Nest.js), REST API design, and database design & optimization (PostgreSQL / MySQL, MongoDB or similar NoSQL) - Knowledge of authentication flows (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC) - Willingness to learn Python and its frameworks (Django / FastAPI) - Basic knowledge of Python is a plus - Frontend skills in React.js or Next.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, and component-driven architecture - Experience in state management (Redux/Zustand/Context) and responsive UI (MUI, Ant, Tailwind) - Proficiency in engineering practices such as Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD basics, Docker/containerization, and clean architecture, modular patterns Soft Skills: - Strong ownership and leadership maturity - Excellent English communication skills - Ability to mentor juniors and foster a problem-solving mindset - Reliability, consistent execution, and a proactive approach If you are a talented Full-Stack Developer with a passion for leading technical projects, solving real-world problems, and driving continuous improvement, we encourage you to share your resume with us at hr@softcolon.com and contact us at 7487942394.
