Human Resources Manager

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Drive induction programs that align new hires with company culture and values.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through transparent communication and conflict resolution.
• Design and implement engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee experience.

Performance Management:

• Lead the performance review cycle, supporting managers in goal setting and feedback delivery.
• Identify training needs and coordinate impactful learning & development programs.

HR Operations & Compliance:

• Manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with labor laws and startup best practices.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely documentation.

Strategic HR Initiatives:

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Drive organizational development, change management, and culture-building efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work in a boundary-less, fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on approach.
