Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, manage recruitment and selection processes, develop HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include handling employee relations, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role demands effective communication and collaboration with various departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience of 5-8 years in recruitment, selection processes, and employee onboarding
• Skills in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Proficiency in labor law compliance and HR best practices
• Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in performance management and employee development programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Experience with HR software and tools is beneficial
