Technology Manager

to lead our tech team, oversee product development, and ensure smooth delivery of our fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (backend, frontend, mobile, UI/UX, QA).
Manage internal tech resources and external vendors.
Oversee development of web and mobile applications.
Hands-on expertise in backend (PHP, Laravel, Python, Java).
Knowledge of frontend (React/Angular/Vue) and mobile (Flutter).
Supervise UI/UX team for user-friendly designs.
Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with fintech regulations.
Implement best practices in architecture, coding, and DevOps.

Key Skills & Qualification

Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, IT, or related field.
3-5+ years of development experience, 2–3 years in team management.
Strong knowledge of backend development (PHP/Laravel, Python, Java).
Exposure to frontend frameworks and Flutter for mobile apps.
Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevOps (Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD) expertise.
BFSI/Fintech experience preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
