Technology Manager

Role Overview: As a Technology Management Senior Analyst, AVP at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in the migration to Google Cloud, collaborating closely with the team in Germany. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing the SAP transport concept for the Home Loan Savings domain, leading risk and compliance processes, and managing application audits and security incidents. Additionally, you will be involved in disaster recovery activities, capacity forecasting, user access tasks, and application lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: - Perform operational tasks of transport logistics with a focus on consistency and quality in software development. - Advise project managers, developers, and application managers on maintenance and business releases. - Lead risk and compliance processes for the application and oversee its deployment in the Google Cloud platform. - Stay updated on Google Cloud Technology through internal and external training, sharing knowledge with colleagues. - Facilitate Disaster Recovery activities and manage internal and external application audits. - Manage IT Security incidents, application events monitoring, user access tasks, and application upgrades or migration activities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role. - Good knowledge of ChaRM/TMS and SAP Solution Manager. - Experience with SAP development, ABAP, SAP Netweaver, and SAP modules CML, CRM, CMS, CYT, and BCA. - Proficiency in English for stakeholder interaction, German language skills are a plus. - Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and Home Loan Savings and Mortgage Lending. - Strong IT risk management skills, understanding of compliance requirements, and SDLC processes. - Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and strategic planning abilities. - Knowledge of audit, audit issue remediation, and change management.
