We are seeking an experienced Associate Technology Manager - Network to lead our high-
performing Network Operations team and serve as the primary client-facing representative for all
network-related discussions.
Strong hands-on experience with Juniper SRX, EX switches, and Mist platform.
Ability to manage and troubleshoot routing, switching and WiFi environments.
Expertise in Junos OS, configurations, policies, VPNs, and automation concepts.
Proficient in managing Cisco LAN & Wi-Fi infrastructures in large enterprise environments.
Practical knowledge and operational experience with Cisco ISE, including authentication,
authorization, NAC policies, and guest/BYOD access.
Experience with TACACS+ for device access control and AAA administration.
Experienced in managing LAN and Wi-Fi environments using Aruba/HP switches and wireless
solutions.
Experience in managing Aruba central
Operational Responsibilities
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and ensures long-term corrective
measures.
Drive continuous service improvement, performance optimization, and operational
automation.
Review and approve Network changes, technical implementation plans, and risk
assessments.
Ensure documentation, runbooks, and topology diagrams are up to date and maintained.
Manage vendor relationships, support contracts, and engage with OEMs (Juniper, Cisco,
Aruba) for escalations.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication,
transparency, and trust.
Conduct regular service review meetings, metrics reporting, and improvement planning.
Understand customer business objectives and align network strategy to long-term goals.
Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the Network Operations team, ensuring high performance and
continuous improvement.
Act as the senior technical point of contact for clients, driving all network-related
conversations, major incidents, escalations, and reviews.
Oversee end-to-end network service delivery, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and compliance
requirements are consistently met.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business and operational goals.
Manage capacity planning, lifecycle management, technology upgrades, patching, and
refresh projects.
Provide governance, strategic direction, and alignment across all network-related initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Network Engineering/Operations.
Minimum 5 years in a Team Lead or managerial role.
Strong hands-on experience across at least two of the following:
o Juniper (SRX, EX, Mist)
o Cisco LAN, WiFi, ISE, TACACS
o Aruba/HP LAN, WiFi
Good understanding of routing protocols (BGP), switching, firewalls, load balancing, WLAN,
and network security.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead distributed teams and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Aruba: ACSA / ACMP
ITIL Foundation or higher
