Technology Manager

Responsibilities: 

Research & Best Practices: Conduct research on best practices in technology
upgrades within focus sectors (such as productivity, digitalization, and greening), identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. 

Tech Advisory for MSMEs: Understand the technological needs of MSMEs and
provide advice on available upgrades and government schemes related to technology adoption. 

Empanelment Support: Assist the Enterprise Development Manager in the
empanelment process of technology providers, ensuring that MSMEs have access to quality products, services, and solutions. 

Technology Assessment: Evaluate new and emerging technologies that can enhance
MSME operations, focusing on scalability, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. 

Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including technology vendors,
MSMEs, and government agencies, to foster the adoption of relevant technologies. 

Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Reporting Authority.

Educational Qualification: 

Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized institute.

Experience: 

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience providing technology solutions to
industries or trades in India.

Preferred Skills & Competencies: 

Strong understanding of technology trends in sectors like manufacturing, digitalization,
and green technologies. 

Experience in evaluating and recommending technology solutions that improve
productivity and sustainability. 

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other data management tools. 

Excellent research and analytical skills to stay updated on technological advancements. 

Strong communication and coordination skills to engage with multiple stakeholders,
including MSMEs and tech providers. 

Ability to assist in empanelment processes and manage vendor relationships. 

Problem-solving mindset with an ability to identify suitable technological solutions for
specific industry needs.
