Technology Manager

As a Technology Lead at Bank of America, you will be part of the Global Information Security (GIS) CST-IAAT team, specializing in Identity, Authentication & Access Technology. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the bank from Cyber Threat actors and ensuring Information & Cyber Security for applications. Your primary responsibility will be focusing on data engineering aspects with team leadership experience using Agile/Scrum methodology. You will be involved in solutioning and hands-on development in Java/J2EE with React or equivalent at an Enterprise architecture level. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research, design, engineer, implement, and support information security technologies within Microsoft and Linux environments - Lead and manage associates, demonstrating inclusive team leadership, process knowledge, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement - Deliver clear and concise messages, identify and resolve potential risks, develop team members through coaching and feedback, manage expenses, and recruit and develop talent - Drive business outcomes through effective team management, structure, and routines **Qualifications Required:** - Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/M.C.A - Certifications: Java/J2EE, React, Database PL/SQL - Experience Range: 12+ years - Foundational Skills: In-depth knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle phases, Java/J2EE, React, Agile/Scrum methodology, FullStack development, Enterprise architecture, Architectural design, Stakeholder management, Windows and Linux systems, Database systems, Systems Engineering, Policy-based access controls, Information security principles - Desired Skills: Effective communication across technical and non-technical individuals, CI/CD process familiarity, Comfort with tools like Ansible, Jenkins, JIRA Bank of America offers a diverse and inclusive workplace where you can have an illustrious career with opportunities for growth, experience, and impact.
