Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Direct the process engineering activities, keeping the targeted quality and yields parameters under control by auditing periodically production activities, or by requirement of the Plant Manager, supplying the knowledge and expertise to solve the problems.
Lead team of process engineers to improve the manufacturing process to drive step change improvements in product quality and site productivity.
Lead and develop the engineering team to improve process reliability, technology advancement and support continuous improvement projects.
Ensure that all manufacturing equipment has established standard operating conditions to optimize product quality and productivity.
Coordinate with technology and engineering consultants for finalizing technology and engineering designs
Responsible for evaluating new equipment design and verify design engineering calculations
