Hello Dear, Greetings!! We are Hiring for Manager Engineering Services for Mumbai & Kolkata Location. Qualification B.E. in Electrical Experience 7 to 12 Years Location: Mumbai & Kolkata Roles & Responsibility: Prepare primary design drawings including: Overall SLD and PSLD. Single Line diagram LVAC & DC Distribution System. General Overall Equipment Layout (OEL) arrangement for AIS and GIS Substation. ERT layout. Indoor and Outdoor Equipment layout plans and Sectional views. Equipment foundation layout. All type of Cable sizing and routing layout diagrams Earthing mat sizing calculation and layout with BOM details. DSLP calculation for indoor and outdoor with layout and BOM. Battery bank, Charger and UPS sizing calculation. Busbar calculations and drawings. Cable schedule and termination schedule with BOM of Glands and lugs. Short circuit force calculation and stringing chart as per IEC standard, CT/VT Sizing Calculation. Indoor, Outdoor and Road Lighting calculation and circuit diagram & layout. HV equipment connection and interconnection details, (EKD) erection Key diagram. Conduct equipment sizing and selection (circuit breakers, isolators, CTs, PTs, surge arresters, DG set, Auxiliary Transformer, NGR, etc.) Perform clearance studies (electrical & mechanical) as per IS/IEC/IEEE standards. Develop and review substation grounding (earthing) design calculation and layout. Support the preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ) and material specifications Ensure designs are compliant with relevant standards (IEC, IEEE, IS, CBIP, etc.) Coordinate with secondary design, civil, Structural, Architecture, BIM, Mechanical, Fire protection, Firefighting, CCTV surveillance and protection teams for interface clarity. Support proposal and estimation teams during bidding stages with design input Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and technical discussions. Responsibilities in the Job The role incumbent is responsible for working in team of technical services for technology absorption of the new plants coming up at DCTL, reviewing data packages and providing input to support smooth startup during commissioning. Ensuring preparation/review of the schemes/ technical support for the smooth operation of the existing plant and to prepare/review the technical schemes against the improvement ideas of various plants at DCTL; Monitoring the success of the schemes implemented. The activities performed by the incumbent include: Responsibility: 1. Absorbing the New Plants Technology coming up at DCTL in terms of BEP absorption & assisting Head/Lead TSD for changes, if any, to ensure smooth commissioning. 2. Preparation of scheme (PD, PFD, PID, PDS/IPDS etc.) for improvement initiatives in existing and upcoming plant/product. 3. Data collation for DCTL on EC/ CTE/ CCA, from data integrity viewpoint. Monitoring and analysis of data and providing input for compliance. 4. Reviewing/ Preparation of the schemes for the Plant/ Process/ Equipment performance improvements. 5. Provide/ update the SOPs for any new change in process or equipment operation. 6. Preparation of capex proposals on savings and payback period for new modifications in the plant to improve operating convenience in the plant. 7. Supporting operation team for Management of Change (MOC) by providing schemes with complete technical backup. 8. Ideation, detailing and implementation of continual improvement in QCDSE (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety & Environment). 9. Evaluating existing production norms and proposal preparation for meeting and improving norms. Functional | Technical Knowledge Required for this Role : Knowledge of chemical processes and unit operations including batch and continuous. Basic process calculations e.g. Equipment sizing, line sizing. Preparation of energy and mass balance calculations. Knowledge of Excel, word & AutoCAD software. Process, SOPs and Critical parameters. Knowledge of HAZOP, HIRA and QEMS. Knowledge of ASPEN and HTRI / EDR tools is preferrable. Practical experience for preparation and reviewing of PD, PFD, PID, PDS & IPDS. Technical knowledge on treatment of effluents. Educational Qualification | Experience (in years) | Exposure Required: B Tech Chemical with 10 years of experience in Chemical process in technical services/ Process engineering/ technology transfer/Design.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to be responsible for design review, execution, and commissioning of HVAC systems and Process Utility systems for large-scale Oil & Gas and Pharmaceutical projects. The role involves end-to-end project management, including collaborator coordination (PMC, GC, and sub-vendors), ensuring compliance with international standards, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: . Monitor and review the work of GC, PMC, and sub-vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications. . Conduct regular site inspections and call out any deviations, delays, or quality issues to the client management team. . Review engineering work such as P&IDs, PFDs, equipment sizing calculations, data sheets, and technical specifications. . Validate designs for compliance with API, ASME, ASTM, ISO, IS codes, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and cGMP guidelines. . Ensure correct integration of HVAC and Process Utility systems into project scope. . Review vendor documents, GA drawings, and layout for correctness and constructability. . Plan and supervise execution activities for HVAC and Process Utility systems across multiple work fronts. . Coordinate with PMC, General Contractors, and sub-vendors for timely execution and issue resolution. . Drive construction sequencing, resource allocation, and contractor mobilization plans. . Prepare and maintain look-ahead schedules, execution plans, and progress reports. . Monitor material availability, site logistics , and workforce deployment. . Supervise execution of Chiller Systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRF Systems, and Cleanroom HVAC Systems. . Pressurization systems, exhaust systems, and hazardous area HVAC compliance. . Ensure proper ducting, insulation, and balancing works as per project requirements. .
