HR Intern For Recruitment & Staffing

About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and career-driven individuals currently pursuing BBA or MBA (preferably with a specialization in HR) for an internship in Recruitment and Staffing . This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and client coordination within the staffing industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in understanding job requirements and preparing job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job criteria. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Support onboarding processes and documentation. Assist with HR reporting, MIS, and daily/weekly status reports. Participate in recruitment drives, HR campaigns, and employer branding efforts. Ideal Candidate Profile: Pursuing BBA or MBA (with interest in Human Resources or Recruitment). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eager to learn and build a long-term career in the HR domain. Basic understanding of recruitment and staffing industry preferred. Good organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Self-motivated, proactive, and a good team player. Learning Outcomes: Exposure to real-time recruitment lifecycle and staffing operations. Practical understanding of HR tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques. Improved communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Certification/Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion.
